Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will give you full command over your email box accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect e-mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, configure email filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your email accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming email messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
